Cancellation Policy
• You may be asked to provide payment card details to confirm your appointment booking.
• Please arrive on time to ensure there is sufficient time to complete your service. Arriving late may result in a shortened service duration or the need to reschedule your appointment.
• Cancellations or appointment changes must be made at least 12 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time.
• In the event of a no-show or a late cancellation, your deposit may be forfeited.
• Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a future appointment one time with proper notice.
• Service prices may vary depending on nail length, shape, design complexity, and the time required to perform the service.
• To ensure the best possible experience, please inform me in advance if you currently have any nail products on your nails that require removal.
• If you are feeling unwell or experiencing symptoms of illness, please contact me to reschedule your appointment.
• I am not responsible for lifting or breakage caused by improper aftercare, picking, biting, or accident after leaving the studio.
• Please help maintain the cleanliness and relaxing atmosphere of the studio so all clients may enjoy a comfortable experience.
